Courtney Cantrell, Hair Stylist & Salon Manager

As a student in high school I lived to do friends hair… for everything. Dances, games, plays, events whatever they would let me.  So when I graduated I decided it was the most natural thing to do…go to cosmetology school.  I graduated from The Gene Juarez Academy of Beauty in 2002.  Since I have graduated I have become continuously more passionate about my profession! Since graduating I have taken countless continuing education classes in new techniques, color, styles, haircuts and designs, updo’s, runway and much more.  One of the biggest adventures in my profession is knowing that I am never done learning.  Hair never stops changing.

I have had the pleasure and opportunity to work in multiple salons over my years as a stylist, while all amazing and wonderful in furthering my education and experience for me The Team Fitness Salon and Spa is home.  It is the place where my creativity and vision always flows freely.  My team is always supportive, yet still pushing me to the next level.  This is more than my job… This is my privilege.

Lindsey Adams, Hair Stylist

As a licensed cosmetologist with over 5 years of experience, my continual education has been very successful in keeping me up to date on the latest techniques, not only in color, but in cutting and styling as well. I completed cosmetology school through the Sno-isle Skills Center program while attending Lake Stevens High School and have been a part of the Team Fitness Salon and Spa since November 2009. I’m very passionate about every aspect of hair design and especially love doing creative color. I strive to make my clients’ experience in the salon as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. This career has taught me how extremely important it is to listen to the needs and wants of each individual client. My goal as a stylist is to work together to find a look that both compliments and enhances your features while keeping it practical enough for daily wear.

Tami Valenzuela, Hair Stylist

Hi I’m Tami. I have lived here in Lake Stevens for 12 years.  I’m happily married and we have a beautiful little girl. I graduated from Lake Stevens High School. During my high school years, I would do all my friends for prom and fun, that’s when I found that I had a natural talent and passion for hair.  I then decided to attend Everett Community College Cosmetology so that I could do what I love professionally. I have been doing hair for about 9 years.  I enjoy all aspects of all hair design although, I specialize in men, women, and children’s hair cuts. I have been with Team Fitness for 2 yrs. I’m excited to be here to share my desire of Hair Styling. So come on in and spoil yourself with a relaxing shampoo and a great hair cut.

Stephanie Schmidt, Hair Stylist

Hi, I'm Stephanie Schmidt!  I have been doing hair for twelve years and have been with Team Fitness Day spa for seven years. I absolutely love working here and the people I get to work with. I love meeting with all my clients and building friendships with them, all while making them feel great about their hair and experience here. It's a wonderful thing to come to my job and not feel like I'm at work.  But that is how I feel because of how much I enjoy what I do. I love bringing in new clients and new challenges.  So if you are looking for a great experience and great hair, let’s set something up!
